I was going to hire an English instructor,and I would hire Debra for the job. That is because Debra has more education than Lynn, and she might be easier to make sure that her accent is understandable. Also, unlike Debra's extensive experience, Lynn has less one. Lynn can speak three other languages fluently while Debra only can speak one other language fluently. However, this does not matter much, what I want to hire is an English instructor, not a language professor. For those reasons above, I think Debra is more suitable for this job opening.
