Drinking a moderate amount of caffeinated beverages may not do harm to your body. But if you drink too much caffeined beverages, you might have some negative effects on your health. First, you might suffer from insomnia that makes you away from a high-quality sleeping. Second, you might feel nervous or anxious when you haven’t drunk caffeined beverages. That shows you are addicted to it. Third, you might suffer from nausea or have other gastrointestinal problems. It’s surely bad for your health. Last, you would have a headache with too much caffeine. For the reasons above, you shouldn’t have too much caffeine per day.
